The US center is run by Swami's senior disciple Yogi B. Anand living in Maryland USA.
Yoga is taught by paying individual attention. The teacher will check your Nadi's (pulses) and teach you Yogasanas for your body and mind. The teaching is one-to-one and will be in the ancient style of teaching Yoga from a Guru.
With the power of real Yoga, any disease or ailment, that cannot be cured in any other treatment system, can be cured. Yes, cure, completely. The list includes Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Arthritis, Depression, etc.

Timing
Yoga Learning or Update is done from 6:30 - 8:00 in the morning, currently only through an online meeting. A prior phone appointment is necessary.
Online Spiritual Classes
We conduct online classes on Yoga & Indian Spiritual Treasures, are conducted on weekends @5:30 Indian time (IST). Currently, the classes are in Tamil language through Google Meet. Contact Anand to join.

Yogi B. Anand, aged 50, a graduate of MIT in Aeronautical Engineering, works in the IT industry. Having spent more than 24 years is a humble ardent disciple of Swamiji. of rich experience in Yoga in all its stretch and breadth.
Yogi Anand was close with Swamy for 18 years. He stood by all ordeals and achievements of Swamiji including formation of entities, events, books and other writings of Swami.
Yogi Anand keeps archives of all Swami's Audio, Video, Photos, and other manuscripts. He himself covered all of them. He is also the secretary of Sri Gnanajothi Thabovanam and the Founder of Sri Gnanajothi Rajayoga Foundation.
